What It's All About...

Quality Construction - On Time and Within Budget...

At Edwards-Rigdon we earn our fee. We analyze the design and make suggestions that will help maximize the value of the building and prevent costly change orders during the project. Each project has our undivided attention from the very beginning. All of the decisions that we make are based on reducing risk to the client. We have incentives and guarantees built into our contracts that minimize over-running. We develop complete scopes of work to ensure that there is no overlap as well as evaluate bids to ensure completeness.

Size Doesn't Matter...

Edwards-Rigdon is large enough to handle any size project, but small enough to give clients the attention they deserve. We avoid layers of middle management, so when a client contacts us, they talk directly to the decision-makers themselves. Keeping our overhead low results in competitive fees.

Honor and Integrity...

Edwards-Rigdon employees make commitments and then honor them. Budget and schedule are our main focuses - and we have a track record to prove it.

We are honest, professional and competitive - and we use subcontractors that are as well. If we receive a deduct change order from a subcontractor, we will pass all of the savings along to the client. All of our personnel understand the image that clients like to maintain and they strive to live up to the same standards. We know what subcontractors can complete the project at reasonable costs, and we pursue those firms. We are problem-solvers. We find ways that things can get done.

Neatness Counts...

Edwards-Rigdon strives to maintain neat and organized jobsites. A clean site is a safe site, and it keeps the contractors focused and in the right frame of mind to perform professionally.

The Last Five Percent...

Edwards-Rigdon makes sure that the last five percent is never left hanging. Several items can be overlooked or forgotten about, such as warranties, as-built drawings and waivers. We know that all of those are part of our job and we make sure that we complete every piece of paper, fix every ding and close all accounts.

Building Relationships...

Edwards-Rigdon has excellent relationships with its clients, subcontractors and designers. We have proven that everyone can come away from a project feeling good about themselves as well as the finished product. A large percentage of our work is for repeat clients, and a handfull of them have been for our subcontractors. When we are paid for a project, we in turn pay our subcontractors promptly, which helps maintain a positive relationship between everyone.
