Edwards-Rigdon Construction has enjoyed a history of providing high quality service to a broad range of clients. We believe that our ability to retain high quality personnel is the key to our success. All of our employees are managers in some aspect, whether they own the company and manage the Project Managers; whether they are Project Managers that manage projects and Superintendents; or whether they are Superintendents that manage day-to-day operations and trade contractors.

Tom Edwards, Owner/Principal

Tom Edwards co-founded Edwards-Rigdon in 1995. He graduated from Purdue University in 1978 with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering.

After school, Tom became a Field Engineer for Tousley-Bixler Construction Company in Indianapolis - for which his father was Vice President. Tom was promoted to Project Engineer, then to Superintendent and lastly to Project Manager, which is the position he held until he left the company in 1985.

From 1985 to 1992 Tom worked for Charles C. Brandt Construction Company, also in Indianapolis, where he was a Project Manager/Estimator. He then moved on to work for C.H. Garmong & Son Construction Company in Terre Haute, again as a Project Manager/Estimator, from 1992 to 1995.

In 1995 Tom left C.H. Garmong to start Edwards-Rigdon Construction Company with Jeff Rigdon.

Tom and his family were residents of Avon, Indiana from 1986 to 2004, during which time he had supported the Avon High School Sports Boosters; supported the Avon High School Band Boosters; been a member of the Avon Rotary Club; been on the Board of Directors for the Avon Chamber of Commerce; been a member of the Danville Chamber of Commerce; been a member of the White Lick Heritage Community Foundation; and had been a Chairman of the St. Christopher Church Building & Grounds Committee. Today, Tom and his wife reside in Greencastle, Indiana.

Jeff Rigdon, Owner/Principal

Jeff Rigdon co-founded Edwards-Rigdon in 1995. He graduated from Purdue University in 1981 with a Bachelors of Science in Building Construction Technology.

His experience includes working as a Superintendent for two years at Major & Sons Construction in Clinton, Indiana. In 1983 he moved on to be a Project Manager at Able Associated Enterprises in Montezuma, Indiana, where he worked until 1985.

In 1985 Jeff became a Superintendent at Charles C. Brandt Construction Company, where he worked along side Tom. In 1990 he moved to C.H. Garmong & Son Construction Co., and again worked with Tom until 1995, when they started Edwards-Rigdon Construction Company.

Jeff and his family are residents of Danville, Indiana. He has been a Danville Little League Baseball coach; a Danville Youth Basketball League coach; a Danville Junior Football League coach; a member of the White Lick Heritage Community Foundation; a member of the Avon Rotary Club; a member of the Avon Chamber of Commerce; on the Board of Directors for the Danville Chamber of Commerce; and a supporter of the Danville High School and Avon High School Sports Boosters.

Brian Turley, Vice President

Brian Turley came to work at Edwards-Rigdon in 1997. He graduated from Purdue University in 1981 with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering.

His experience includes working as a Project Engineer for three years at United States Steel Corporation. In 1983 he moved on to be a Project Engineer, then a Project Manager at Huber, Hunt & Nichols, where he worked until 1987.

In 1988 Brian became a Project Manager at Charles C. Brandt Construction Company, where he worked along side both Tom and Jeff. In 1995 he accepted a position with Weddle Brothers Construction Company, where he worked until he came to Edwards-Rigdon in 1997.

Brian and his family are residents of Mooresville, Indiana. He has been a member of the Mooresville Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Mooresville School System Parent Advisory Council, a member of the Mooresville F.O.E. and a member of the Purdue Society of Construction Engineers.
